The villa accommodates 8 to 10 persons (4-5 persons per apartment). Both flats have air condition, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge, coffee-machine, cable TV. Outside the villa is a spacious patio with garden furniture, barbecue, swimming-pool, parking area. Daily maid service and cleaning is provided.

The villa is located on the main road Varna-Golden Sands, close to Euxinograd Palace. In the famous resorts "Golden sands" (10 km) and "St. Konstantin & Helena" (2 km) you can find beautiful beaches, plenty of restaurants, pubs and clubs, different types of entertainment and leisure and sports activities. Opposite the road is hotel-restaurant Trakata next to which is the bus stop.

At five min drive from the villa is the center of Varna where you can visit a variety of museums and historical monuments, walk around the sea garden where the dolphinarium, planetarium and the zoo are situated or just go shopping around the main streets of the city. Distance to Varna airport is 12 km.
